We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, religion, caste) unless voluntarily provided in open responses.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used for:

  • Generating and delivering personalized career reports
  • Improving our AI models and assessment accuracy (anonymized/aggregated only)
  • Communication related to your report or service (email/WhatsApp)
  • Promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., career tips, updates, offers), subject to your consent

Promotion & Contact Consent: By ticking the relevant box during registration or report generation, you consent to us (or our authorized agents) contacting you via email, phone, WhatsApp, or other means for promotional offers, career guidance updates, or service-related information. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing support@successify.in. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Service providers (e.g., Google Gemini API for insights, Supabase for storage) – only as necessary and under strict contracts
  • Legal authorities if required by law
  • Aggregated/anonymized data with educational partners for research (no personal identifiers)
