1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to CareerLab, a brand owned and operated by TOOPTICS Enterprises Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website (www.careerlab.successify.in), using our services, taking assessments, or generating reports, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Assessment Purpose and Limitations
The CareerLab assessment is a psychometric tool designed solely for educational and career guidance purposes. It is based on established psychological models and research methodologies, including but not limited to the Big Five personality traits and RIASEC interest types.
Psychology is not an absolute science. The assessment relies on user-provided responses, which may contain elements of inaccuracy, pretense, subjectivity, or misrepresentation. Results are estimates based on generalized career profiles and may differ significantly from specific organizational requirements or individual circumstances. The assessment assumes normal circumstances and does not account for any specific psychological, medical, emotional, or other conditions that may exist pre- or post-assessment. We are not responsible for any individual-specific reaction, decision, outcome, or consequence arising from the use of the assessment or report, including but not limited to career choices, emotional responses, or life decisions.
Results are indicative only and should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions. We strongly recommend consulting certified professionals for final career choices. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the results.
3. Intellectual Property
All assessment questions, proprietary scoring logic (including Vector/Cosine Similarity formulas), report formats, text, structure, code, graphics, designs, and other content on the website are the exclusive intellectual property of TOOPTICS Enterprises Private Limited and are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (as amended), and the international Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, reverse-engineering, or use of any part of the content, structure, or code is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Indian and international laws.
4. Payment & Refunds
Premium reports are one-time digital purchases. Payment must be made through authorized gateways. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once the report is generated. In exceptional cases, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to our sole discretion.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services, assessments, or reports, including but not limited to loss of opportunities, data, emotional distress, or any specific individual reaction. Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service. The assessments and recommendations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
